We’ve dedicated ourselves to crafting a quality gin distilled from scratch using the finest botanicals from around the globe - Morocco, Indonesia, Spain, and Poland. Our juniper berries are from Italy, the finest, most aromatic in the world. We combine coriander, orange and lemon peels, angelica root, cinnamon, anise, cardamom seed, and orris root.  We steep the ingredients overnight to produce a distilled gin that is aromatic to the nose and delightful on the palate.

     One ingredient, orris root, is simply the ground-up

root from the Iris flower. Since the Iris is the

Tennessee state flower, we found that an appropriate addition to our gin.
